A sterling silver lotus flower pendant with amethyst and handmade clasp with rolo/belcher chain.

In the centre sits a 10mm stunning high domed amethyst cabochon with 1.5 mm beads

surrounding the bezel.

The pendant has been meticulously hand sawn, oxidised then given a satin finish for depth and to accent the many petals of the flower and tiny stars in the background

The lotus flower represents one symbol of fortune in Buddhism. It grows in muddy water, and it is

this environment that gives forth the flower’s first and most literal meaning: rising and blooming

above the murk to achieve enlightenment.

This piece comes with a 16 or 18 inch belcher or rolo chain with handmade hammered clasp.

The chain has been oxidised and brushed and adds to the rustic feel of the whole piece.

The amethyst cabochon catches the light beautifully. It looks different from every angle .

This is a great everyday pendant , but would look also stunning with a simple black dress

The pendant measures just over one inch wide (2.75 cm)
